I thought the UK was universal care? Like, do they even have health insurance over there?

The UK has nationalized medicine, you won't have to pay, just deal with all their health system. They do have private insurance, however it probably costs a lot. One company is BUPA. Here is their website: http://www.bupa.co.uk/
